BJP National Working President Nitin Nabin Visits Guwahati, Launches ‘Mera Booth Sabse Majboot’ Campaign

Guwahati: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Working President Nitin Nabin arrived in Assam on a two-day visit on Friday, marking an important step in the party’s preparations for the 2026 Assam Assembly elections. Nabin was received by senior party leaders, including Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati.

During his visit, he participated in the BJP Assam State Executive Meeting and State Core Committee sessions, where strategies for organisational strengthening and election readiness were discussed. Nabin emphasised the need to strengthen the party’s booth-level presence and encouraged workers to engage more actively with voters across the state.

As part of these efforts, he launched the “Mera Booth Sabse Majboot” (My Booth is Strongest) campaign to boost grassroots mobilisation and ensure a strong network in every constituency ahead of the polls. He urged party workers to communicate the party’s development initiatives and welfare programs to local communities.

The visit also underscores the BJP’s focus on consolidating support for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Assam, with booth-level preparedness and strengthened outreach forming the core of the party’s strategy for the upcoming elections.
